Aluminium round bar is the most-used non-ferrous machining stock in Gujarat's engineering belt. Our bars are extruded and then cold-drawn to close diameter tolerance, so they run true in the chuck, take light finishing cuts without chatter and leave a surface that often needs no secondary polishing. At roughly one-third the weight of steel, finished shafts, spacers and bushes are lighter to handle and cheaper to ship.
Grade selection is straightforward: choose 6061 for general engineering parts where strength and weldability both matter, 6063 where surface finish and anodising quality come first, and 6082 for the highest load-bearing capacity in the 6000 series. We stock diameters from 6mm to 200mm in Ahmedabad and cut bars to your exact length, so a prototype shop and a production line both buy only what they need.
